- 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking and remaining balance must be completed on the event day.
- All advance payments are non-refundable.
- Clients must provide accurate contact information and complete venue details at the time of booking.
- Accessories and add-ons will be charged separately based on usage.
- The Bellora Vanity reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if any health or safety concerns arise.
- While professional hygiene standards and high-quality products are maintained, the makeup artist is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or unforeseen adverse effects. Clients are encouraged to disclose any known allergies, medical conditions or skin sensitivities prior to the service.
- Any concerns regarding the makeup service must be reported within 24–48 hours of the appointment for review and, if deemed necessary, possible correction.
- Photos and videos taken during or after the service may be used for promotional and portfolio purposes. Clients who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify us prior to the commencement of services.
- The Bellora Vanity reserves the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of inappropriate behaviour, harassment, disrespect toward team members, unsafe working conditions, or violation of these policies.
